Cancellation Policies
Please check your Host’s cancellation policy where applicable. Where no specific cancellation policy has been provided to you by the Host, the following TwoCrown Guest cancellation policy will apply:
TwoCrown Guest Cancellation Policy
- After the 24-hour period following booking we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before date of arrival (please note bank or other charges may still apply).
- If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
- Please note that bookings made within 7 days of your date of arrival are non-refundable
